City of Calgary – 2019 Appeals

The 2019 Customer Review Period runs from the date you receive your assessment notice in early January 2019 until March 12, 2019.

Each year following the assessment notice mailing, there is a Customer Review Period for the City of Calgary.

During this review period you are encouraged to review your assessment for accuracy. If you believe that the assessment is inaccurate contact CTRG if you would like to appeal the assessment.

The Customer Review Period is your opportunity to review and ensure the accuracy of your Property Assessment.

Check the factual information that the City of Calgary has on record for your property.

Review your property assessment by comparing sales of similar properties (Sales Search).

Compare your assessment with similar properties in your neighbourhood to evaluate equity.

If you have any questions and/or don’t think your assessed value is an accurate reflection of what your property or premises would have sold for on July 1 of the previous year, contact us if you would like CTRG to help only until March 12, 2019.
